What an hour actually costs, from shophouse to garden villa
There are three tiers in Phuket and the gap between them is mostly the room, not the massage. Budget shophouses run about 250 to 400 baht an hour. Mid-range spas run about 500 to 1,200. Resort spas go well past that.
If you need a women-only room or a female therapist, ask when you book rather than when you arrive. Most places can arrange it; not all can do it on the spot.
