1. About Us

Yalla2trip.com (the “Platform”) is operated by YALLA2TRIP PORTAL LLC(“Yalla2trip”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade License #1622080.

By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, which together form a binding agreement between you and Yalla2trip. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Our Role — Booking Agent, Not the Operator

Yalla2trip is an online marketplace connecting travelers from the Gulf region with independent activity providers (“Partners”) operating in Phuket, Thailand.

  • The contract for the booking, payment, customer service and refunds is between you and Yalla2trip.
  • The contract for the delivery of the experience itself — including safety, transportation, equipment, guides and on-site conduct — is between you and the Partner.
  • We vet Partners but do not own, operate or control their services. Yalla2trip is not the principal supplier of the experiences sold on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By booking on behalf of additional guests, you confirm you have their authority to accept these terms for them and to share their personal details with us and the Partner. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

4. How a Booking Works

  • Prices are displayed in your selected Gulf currency and include all service fees and currency conversion.
  • Payment is collected in full at the time of booking via Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
  • Your booking request is sent to the Partner for confirmation.
  • The Partner has up to 2 hours to confirm.
  • If the Partner does not confirm within 2 hours, your booking is automatically cancelled and a full refund is issued.
  • Once confirmed, you receive a booking confirmation by email, and our team coordinates pickup details with you via WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, including after a booking has been placed. In such cases you may confirm at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

5. Cancellation and Date Changes

Refund tiers, measured from the activity start time:

  • 48 hours or more before: Full refund (100%)
  • 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund (non-refundable)

If the Partner cancels for any reason — weather, mechanical failure, operational closure or otherwise — you receive a 100% refund regardless of timing.

Date changes are free if requested 48 hours or more before the activity (subject to availability). Date changes are not permitted within 24 hours of the activity. Maximum 2 date changes per booking. Full mechanics are in our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms.

6. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

All prices include applicable service fees and currency conversion. The displayed currency is the currency that will be charged and refunded; foreign exchange differences arising between booking and refund are bank-side and not our responsibility. Local Thai taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@yalla2trip.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse the refund system, or harm the Platform, Partners or other customers.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or fraudulent information;
  • Make speculative or duplicate bookings;
  • Resell or transfer bookings without our written consent;
  • Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the Platform;
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform;
  • Harass our staff, Partners or other customers;
  • Circumvent the Platform to book directly with a Partner you discovered through us.

9. Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk

Many activities sold on the Platform (boat tours, ATV rides, diving, water sports) carry inherent physical risk. You confirm that you and all guests in your party are in suitable physical condition for the activity booked, have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to the Partner, and will follow the Partner's safety briefings and instructions. You may be required to sign a Partner-issued liability waiver on site. You are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to our role as a booking intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, negligence or service quality of any Partner.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with any booking is capped at the amount you paid for that booking.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment or loss of opportunity.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, civil unrest, strikes or infrastructure failure. Where force majeure causes the Partner to cancel, you receive a full refund per Section 5.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on yalla2trip.com — text, images, videos, design, code and logos — is owned by YALLA2TRIP PORTAL LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a booking, contact support@yalla2trip.com first. Initiating a card chargeback without first contacting us — particularly for a service that has been delivered — may be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
