Refund Policy

We want you to book with confidence. The rules below apply to every booking and mirror Section 5 of our Terms & Conditions. They are derived from a single source of truth in our system — they will never disagree with what the cancellation flow shows you.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation — Refund Tiers

Measured from the activity start time:

  • 48 hours or more before the activity: Full refund (100% of the amount paid)
  • 24 to 48 hours before the activity: 50% of the amount paid
  • Less than 24 hours before the activity: No refund

The refund amount shown in the cancellation confirmation screen is the final amount.

How to Cancel

  • Sign in to your Yalla2trip account.
  • Open My Bookings and select the booking.
  • Click Cancel and confirm.

Or email support@yalla2trip.com with your booking reference — we will process it manually.

Partner-Initiated Cancellations

If the activity partner cancels your booking for any reason — weather, mechanical issues, operational closure or unavailability — you receive a 100% refund automatically, regardless of how close to the start time the cancellation occurs.

Booking Not Confirmed Within 2 Hours

If the activity partner does not confirm your booking within 2 hours of payment, your booking is automatically cancelled and a full refund is issued. You don't need to do anything.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • All refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued in the original charge currency. Differences you see on your statement are bank-side foreign exchange movements, not a deduction by us.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. Exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
  • We do not refund to a different card, a different person or by cash.

No-Shows and Late Arrival

If you do not arrive at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, the booking is treated as completed and no refund is issued. Late arrival is at the Partner's discretion. If circumstances outside your control prevent you from arriving on time, contact us as soon as possible at support@yalla2trip.com.

Date Changes

  • Free if requested 48 hours or more before the activity (subject to availability).
  • Not permitted within 24 hours of the activity.
  • Maximum 2 date changes per booking.
  • Beyond that, cancel and rebook.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a refund has been miscalculated or missed, contact support@yalla2trip.com before initiating a card chargeback. We respond within 2 business days. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first — particularly for a service that has been delivered — may be challenged and may result in account suspension under our Terms.
