Hanuman World sits in the rainforest above Chao Fa Road in Chalong, on the south-east side of Phuket, and is operated by Sky World Adventures Co., Ltd. It is worth being precise about which park this is: Hanuman World in Chalong and Flying Hanuman in Kathu are two different companies on opposite sides of the island, and the names catch people out at the booking stage. The zipline course is the main event and is sold in three lengths. The full circuit covers 32 platforms and 16 ziplines, linked by sky bridges, spiral staircases and abseil descents, with the longest single line running 400 metres. Shorter versions cover 18 platforms and nine ziplines, or 10 platforms and four ziplines — the 10-platform course carries the longest line on the site at 500 metres. Two other attractions share the park. The roller zipline is the only one of its kind in Thailand: instead of a cable it runs on a fixed steel rail that dips and curves through the trees for 800 metres, so you steer a seat around a jungle rollercoaster rather than hanging from a wire. The skywalk is the quiet option — 300 metres of railed walkway strung between the trees at up to 40 metres, no harness needed, about twenty minutes end to end. Hanuman Luge, two gravity tracks of 650 metres and 1.2 kilometres, runs on the same site until late. Every combined package includes a free meal and round-trip hotel transfer. Equipment is Petzl, inspected daily and audited independently, and guides handle the clipping and unclipping throughout. Riders must be between 4 and 70 years old and under 120 kg, and closed-toe shoes are required. The park runs in the rain; it stops for lightning and storms.

Was a fantastic experience. We came early before the heat of the day. Great variety of zip lines and abseiling delivered with good humor and safety. Would do again. Highly recommend.
